1. Initial Consultation: Our design Consultant will meet with you in your home to present
samples of the materials we use so you can see and feel the quality. You will be able to evaluate the
available styles and colors, and consider design and accessory ideas based on previous projects.

2. Lifestyle Design: We listen to everyone in your home who will be using the space about what
they want to accomplish with a new design. Based on these expectations, we may recommend
double hanging sections, for example, if your goal is to increase space for hanging garments. If you
are seeking a more ordered look by hiding some items from view, we may encourage you to
consider drawers. We will also be able to suggest enhancements for management of shoes,ties, belts,
watches or other apparel or accessories. At the end of this step, both you and your designer should
have an excellent idea of what components will be most beneficial to the way you live.

3. Custom 3-D Design: Working from precise measurements of your closet or room, our
designer will work with you to develop plans for your new space right before your eyes. Our
proprietary design software allows you to add or change features of your custom design throughout
the process. Your custom design will then be used to give you a comprehensive estimate and
schedule a preliminary installation date.
